Any Discrepancies to be notified within 7 days of recipt of goods.
Electrical Components cannot be returned. Change over warranty applies.
If a non defective part supplied in accordance with your description that is accepted by us for return, Must be in original packaging, ripped bags or cartons will not be accepted, a handling fee of 10% of order value (with a minimum fee of $5inc GST) may apply in some cases. Buyers will be directly liable for any costs incurred for returning the part e.g. freight. No return will be accepted after 21 days of original purchase date. Electrical items that the packaging has been opened are considered fitted and are not returnable.
If product needs to be returned we will provide you with instructions on how to return the products with which you must comply.
Refunds will be issued using payment methods for your purchase. We will process the refunds within 7 days of returned products.
A 12-month warranty applies to most new spare parts (Excluding light globes). Warranty is limited to the replacement of the Spare Part.
The manufacturer’s warranty overrides any warranty given or implied by Genuine Appliance Parts.

Special order parts are not returnable and cannot be cancelled once we have ordered from the supplier.
All goods remain the property of Genuine Appliance parts until full payment is received.
